Hugo derives his career from the world of animation and post-production with projects in Mexico and the USA, where he also worked as Mel Gibson's personal editor. With an artistic vision of VFX and graphic animation, he begins to direct pieces bringing a highly contemporary and versatile aesthetic to the moving image.

In recent years he has developed projects in the area of advertising, Documentary, Fiction and Music Video. His specialty is based on the creation of harmonic images with an avant-garde sense that injects an extremely modern and contemporary look into all of his works.

He has worked for international brands such as HSBC, Ferrero Rocher, Adidas, Sears, Palacio de Hierro, P&G, Audi, Riot games, Google, Movistar and Tecate. He is also in the development stage of “PLOT”, his first fiction feature film.
