Two words. One message.
A cinematic call to awareness.

A Story Told with Stillness and Precision

Directed by Yann Demange, photographed by Jess Hall, and produced by Reset, Two Words is a quiet yet powerful piece that embodies the cinematic identity Eli Lilly has cultivated in its recent campaigns.

Shot entirely in Mexico City, the film explores the emotional and visual language of a cancer diagnosis—using subtle imagery and intimate settings to encourage early detection and spark conversations about clinical trials.

Habitant managed all local production services, ensuring seamless coordination between the international creative team and local crew. From scouting and logistics to wardrobe and casting, every element was handled with precision and care to support Demange’s vision.

Production as a Language of Trust

Filmed across real homes, streets, and interior spaces, the project blends emotional realism with a composed visual approach. With design by Chris Gorak and styling by Zaha Osuna, the spot moves between lived-in textures and graceful lighting setups, always in service of the narrative. The film reflects Eli Lilly’s commitment to aesthetic integrity, even when addressing deeply sensitive topics.
